Service Diaries
Terms of Use
AIM ATTITUDE INC. · Version 1.0 · Published October 11, 2026
Service Diaries is in development. These terms describe the development experience and the boundaries for a future community. Sections marked Planned community concern features that are not available. This publication does not treat earlier prototype acknowledgments as acceptance of changed terms.
1. A space for the human behind the role
Service Diaries is a diary and planned community experience from AIM ATTITUDE INC. It supports emotional expression, reflection, learning, recognition of kindness and human connection. AIM is the philosophy. The service is not a guest-rating system, customer blacklist, employer-monitoring tool, workplace investigation service or emergency reporting channel.
The current app offers local writing and fictional community examples. It does not provide live accounts, public posting, moderator receipt or online account erasure. Use fictional information during development testing.
2. Eligibility and access
Service Diaries is intended for adults 18 and older. Give accurate eligibility information; do not impersonate another person or evade an access restriction. A nickname does not verify identity or guarantee anonymity. Do not identify minors or seek private contact with them.
Sample account screens do not authenticate a real account. Planned community: access would require the available identity, eligibility and policy flow. Sign in with Apple is proposed; it is not an age guarantee or a private-diary backup service. Available territories, age-assurance arrangements and access-recovery instructions will be explained before registration opens.
3. Fees
Any applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase. No payment obligation arises without your express agreement. Your device, internet and third-party service providers may apply their own charges.
4. Your private writing
You retain ownership of your writing. KEEP FOR ME stores it locally; it does not submit it for publication. SHARE creates a separate review copy. Deleting the original does not delete that copy or an earlier backup. The Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion guidance explain these limits.
These terms grant no permission to publish your private diary, sell it, use it in advertising or train third-party AI on it. Local processing needed to display, save and protect writing is separate from deliberate submission. Do not store customer records, passwords or information you are not entitled to hold. Your private writing does not become company property because you use the app.
Protect your device and keep an encrypted backup separate from its recovery code. AIM ATTITUDE cannot recover a device-only diary without usable recovery materials. This limitation does not waive legal duties concerning the product.
5. Limited permission for submitted content — planned community
When the live community becomes available, submitting a particular story or reply would give AIM ATTITUDE non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, technically format, review and display that submitted version solely to operate the community, within the audience and choices disclosed before submission. Service providers would receive only the permission needed to perform those tasks for us. You would keep ownership.
This permission would not extend to your private original, advertising testimonials, sale of your story or third-party AI training. Marketing reuse would require separate, specific permission. Technical formatting must not change meaning. A substantive edit would require your new submission and review; staff must not silently rewrite your story.
Withdrawal or deletion would end ordinary display and use through the applicable deletion process. Limited restricted copies could remain only for disclosed recovery periods or a valid legal purpose. Independently made copies cannot necessarily be recalled. This permission would not authorize unlimited retention.
6. Community conduct
Follow the Community Guidelines. Share firsthand experiences in your own words. Protect the identity of guests, clients, customers, patients, household members, businesses and workplaces. The same rules apply to difficult experiences, Customer Heroes, replies, nicknames and permitted profile content.
Do not publish fabricated accusations as facts, impersonate people, threaten, harass, discriminate, reveal private identities, coordinate retaliation or evade enforcement. Do not upload confidential records, copied incident reports, credentials or material that infringes another person's rights. Private messaging, story media attachments, customer profiles and location searches are not proposed for the initial community.
7. Review, reports and appeals — planned community
Intentionally submitted stories and replies would undergo privacy checks and human review before other members could see them. On-device checks alone would not authorize publication. Moderation would assess compliance with the guidelines, not certify that every assertion is true.
Members and nonmembers could raise concerns. A report would not establish guilt. A reviewer could temporarily restrict visibility during an investigation, request a revision, reject or remove content, or restrict an account under the enforcement rules. Notices would explain the applicable rule and appeal route, except where a lawful and necessary restriction prevents disclosure. The planned baseline is removal of violating content and the responsible account after a confirmed violation, with contextual review and an appeal. See Safety & Moderation.
These services are not operating. Current local report buttons do not reach a moderator. No round-the-clock coverage, automatic emergency intervention or fixed response time is promised.
8. Confidentiality and lawful expression
Protect other people's personal and confidential information. Do not copy another member's story outside its intended community or try to identify the author. A members-only audience would not create legal privilege or prevent screenshots. AIM ATTITUDE cannot guarantee anonymity, secrecy from valid legal process or freedom from identification through contextual details.
Nothing in these terms restricts lawful reports to regulators, law enforcement, legal advisers or other protected channels; legally protected whistleblowing or labor activity; participation in an investigation; or honest reviews of Service Diaries where protected by law. Community rules govern what this service hosts. They are not a blanket nondisparagement obligation or a requirement to remain silent about wrongdoing. Whether particular workplace information may lawfully be disclosed depends on the circumstances and may require legal advice.
9. Support and service limits
Service Diaries and AIM ATTITUDE do not provide medical care, diagnosis, therapy, crisis intervention, emergency response or continuous monitoring of private writing. Peer stories and local support suggestions are not professional advice, a diagnosis or a reliable assessment of safety. A missed suggestion does not mean support is unnecessary; a suggestion does not establish a condition.
Independent support links remain optional. Their providers control their own services and privacy practices. In an emergency, use appropriate local emergency services rather than waiting for a Service Diaries response. For product, privacy and content concerns, contact servicediaries@aimattitude.com. Do not send private writing or recovery codes.
10. Closing an account and ending use
There is no live Service Diaries account to delete in the current app. Planned community: in-app account deletion would revoke community sessions, hide authored content and complete erasure under a verified schedule. Ending a community account would not silently erase an independent local diary. Local erasure would require a separate, explicit choice. Account deletion or reinstallation should not be routine troubleshooting.
Before retiring or materially restricting a service, reasonable notice would be provided where practicable, with available recovery and export paths consistent with security and law. Stopping use does not automatically delete support emails, community records or user-held backups.
11. Product rights and availability
AIM ATTITUDE and its licensors retain rights in the app design, code and brand assets. These terms do not transfer ownership of your writing or grant permission to impersonate the operator.
Development software may contain defects or be unavailable. No absolute guarantee of security, uninterrupted access or recovery is made. Mandatory consumer rights and responsibilities remain intact. These terms do not introduce an arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, indemnity, liability cap or chosen jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified by version and date, with appropriate notice or renewed agreement before they apply. A privacy acknowledgment is not marketing consent. New sensitive-data uses require their own legally sufficient basis and, where required, specific consent.
