AIM ATTITUDE Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AIM ATTITUDE.

These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use aimattitude.com and purchase products from AIM ATTITUDE INC. (“AIM ATTITUDE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our website brings together apparel, accessories, digital publications, and creative and educational content centered on awareness, identity, focus, and personal direction.

Please review these Terms before placing an order. They apply together with the product information and policies presented to you at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

1. About Our Store

AIM ATTITUDE INC. operates aimattitude.com and is the seller of products purchased directly through this website.

Our online store uses Shopify. We work with production, payment, delivery, and digital-service providers to complete orders and operate the website.

Printful produces and fulfils our Printful apparel and accessory orders. Its involvement does not replace AIM ATTITUDE as your point of contact for purchases made through our store.

Physical-product shipping is currently offered within the United States, subject to the destinations and delivery services available for each product at checkout.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher, and have legal authority to make the purchase.

Please provide accurate and current contact, billing, and delivery information. You must be authorised to use the payment method submitted.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

3. Product Information and Availability

Please review the description, measurements, size guide, materials, care instructions, price, and delivery information for each product before purchasing.

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and production methods may cause reasonable differences in colour or appearance. These differences do not excuse a product that is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Lifestyle images and styled scenes may contain accessories or surroundings that are not included in the purchase. The product listing identifies what is included.

Products, sizes, colours, prices, and availability may change. Changes apply to future purchases and do not automatically change an existing order.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

4. Prices, Payment, and Orders

The checkout displays the applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and total before you submit payment.

By placing an order, you authorise the displayed charge to your selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

Your order confirmation records the details of your purchase. Please review it and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable products, suspected fraud, an unsuccessful payment, a material listing error, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the cancelled portion, including applicable charges, as required by law.

5. Made-to-Order Apparel and Accessories

Our Printful apparel and accessories are produced after an order is placed.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. The estimated arrival of an order depends on both stages, as well as the selected product and delivery destination.

Orders may enter fulfilment shortly after submission. Please check your size, colour, quantity, and delivery address carefully before completing checkout.

Production facilities may vary by product and availability. Offering delivery within the United States does not mean every product is manufactured in the United States.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly through our Contact page, including your order number and the requested change.

We will check whether the request can still be completed. A request is not confirmed until we notify you that it has been accepted.

Once production or fulfilment has started, we generally cannot accept voluntary cancellations or changes to the product, size, colour, or design. Address changes may also be unavailable once an order progresses through fulfilment.

These production restrictions do not limit cancellation, refund, or other remedies required by applicable law, including rights relating to certain shipping delays.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Production and delivery estimates are explained in the relevant product information and our Apparel & Accessories Policy.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise. We remain responsible for complying with applicable shipping and consumer-protection requirements.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented to you, we will provide the delay notice and cancellation or refund options required by law. Where required, we will obtain your consent to a revised shipping date or refund the unshipped merchandise.

Please provide a complete delivery address. If an order is returned because of customer-provided address errors or remains unclaimed, additional delivery charges may apply. We will explain any proposed charges before arranging reshipment.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem, or an order has not arrived as expected, contact us so we can investigate. A tracking status does not automatically remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the procedures for reporting an issue and requesting a remedy.

For made-to-order apparel and accessories, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because of:

An incorrect size selected by the customer.
An incorrect colour selected by the customer.
A change of mind.
Personal preference.

This restriction does not apply to products that are defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

Please report an issue promptly and provide your order number, a description, and photographs where relevant. Contact us before sending back any merchandise so we can explain the appropriate process.

We coordinate qualifying production claims with Printful. Printful’s reimbursement decisions do not limit any separate responsibility AIM ATTITUDE has to you under applicable law.

Any reporting period in our policies is subject to rights and remedies that applicable law preserves.

9. Digital Products and eBooks

Products identified as eBooks or digital downloads are delivered electronically. They do not include a physical book unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Before purchasing, review the file format, language, delivery method, and any stated compatibility requirements.

Unless a product includes different written licence terms, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may keep a personal backup copy.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer its copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Except as permitted by applicable law or an express licence, you may not resell, publicly upload, distribute, sublicense, or share the purchased file for others to access.

If your download is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Accessing a file does not, by itself, remove rights relating to a defective or misdescribed product.

10. Educational and Inspirational Content

AIM ATTITUDE shares creative, educational, and inspirational content relating to awareness, identity, emotional understanding, and personal growth.

This content is provided for general information and reflection. It does not provide medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or individual professional advice, and it does not establish a professional-client relationship.

Our apparel, eBooks, and other content do not promise a particular health, emotional, or personal outcome.

For individual health concerns, consult an appropriately qualified professional. Do not delay professional care because of content published on this website.

11. Intellectual Property

The AIM ATTITUDE name, logos, original designs, written works, and other protected materials are owned by AIM ATTITUDE INC. or used under permission from their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce its design or manufacture products using AIM’s protected brand assets.

Website use and digital purchases include only the permissions expressly described in these Terms, the relevant product licence, or a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms restricts fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law.

12. Reviews and Other Submissions

Please submit only reviews, photographs, or other content that you have the right to share. Reviews should reflect your honest experience.

You retain ownership of your submissions. When you submit content for public display, such as a product review, you grant AIM ATTITUDE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it for that purpose, including through service providers that operate our review features.

This permission does not automatically authorise unrelated advertising use of your personal photographs or private support messages.

We may moderate content for spam, unlawful material, disclosure of personal information, or infringement of others’ rights. We do not prohibit honest criticism or require positive reviews.

13. Acceptable Website Use

You may not use the website to:

Commit fraud or submit unauthorised payments.
Interfere with website security or operation.
Introduce malicious software.
Access accounts or information without permission.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Send spam, threats, or unlawful content.
Use automated methods that disrupt the service or obtain restricted information.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect customers, or comply with law. Such restrictions do not cancel obligations relating to valid purchases or applicable customer rights.

We may send communications relating to your order, payment, delivery, account security, or support request.

Marketing emails are handled according to your preferences and applicable law. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential order or service messages.

Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing communications.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to external websites or services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

A third-party link does not imply AIM ATTITUDE’s endorsement of every statement or service on the linked website.

Our use of Shopify, Printful, payment processors, carriers, or other service providers does not remove our responsibilities for purchases made directly from AIM ATTITUDE.

16. Website Availability and Legal Rights

We work to maintain a reliable website, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to general website features or informational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, required refunds, or responsibility for fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot be waived.

We welcome the opportunity to address an order concern. Please contact us with the relevant details so we can review it.

Contacting AIM ATTITUDE does not waive or suspend any deadline or right you may have to contact your payment provider, a consumer-protection agency, or a court.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive access to small-claims court.

Applicable United States federal law and applicable state law govern purchases and use of the website. Any court proceeding remains subject to the jurisdiction and venue rules that apply to the dispute.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, operations, or legal requirements. The effective date will identify the current version.

Updated Terms apply prospectively. They do not retroactively remove rights connected with an earlier purchase. An order remains subject to the terms and product information applicable when it was placed, unless a lawful change is agreed with you.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement to a material change.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
