Welcome to AIM ATTITUDE®.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aimattitude.com, including our online store, digital content, products, services, features, experiences, and other offerings made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by AIM ATTITUDE INC. (“AIM ATTITUDE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. ABOUT AIM ATTITUDE
AIM ATTITUDE® is a Human Experience Brand exploring identity, emotional intelligence, and the human journey through education, entertainment, lifestyle, and purposeful experiences.
Our Services may include physical products, made-to-order products, apparel and accessories, footwear, books, digital products, educational materials, entertainment, original creative works, experiences, and other offerings.
Products and Services available through AIM ATTITUDE may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SERVICES
You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, purchases or other transactions requiring a contract must be made by or with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into the transaction or that appropriate authorization has been obtained.
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
3. ACCOUNTS
Certain features of the Services may allow or require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
- promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably appropriate due to suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products and Services accurately.
However, colors, dimensions, appearance, packaging, product details, and other characteristics may vary depending on your device, manufacturing process, materials, production method, or other reasonable factors.
Minor variations that are inherent to manufacturing, printing, embroidery, made-to-order production, or digital display may occur.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, limit, discontinue, or introduce products or Services at any time.
Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee that a particular product or Service will remain available.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, fees, or other costs may be added where required or disclosed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, technical, or other errors.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you regarding available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- product unavailability;
- pricing or product-information errors;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- payment authorization issues;
- shipping or fulfillment limitations;
- violations of these Terms; or
- circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue an applicable refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
7. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain AIM ATTITUDE products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Made-to-order products may include apparel, accessories, footwear, or other items identified as made to order on the applicable product page or policy.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes, cancellations, exchanges, or returns may be limited once production has started.
Applicable rules for made-to-order apparel and accessories are described in our Apparel & Accessories Policy.
Made-to-order footwear and other specialized products may be subject to additional product-specific terms disclosed on the applicable product page, FAQ, or policy.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and applicable policies carefully before placing an order.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
AIM ATTITUDE may offer digital products, including digital books, downloadable materials, educational content, creative works, or other digital media.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access or use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, modify, publish, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the content except where expressly authorized in writing by AIM ATTITUDE INC. or permitted by applicable law.
Refund eligibility for digital products is governed by our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping availability, methods, costs, estimated delivery periods, and restrictions may vary by product and destination.
Production time and shipping time are separate for made-to-order products.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur due to production volume, carriers, weather, regional logistics, customs where applicable, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping terms may be provided in our Shipping Policy, product-specific policies, or applicable product pages.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable consumer law.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and product claims are governed by the policy applicable to the product purchased.
Please review our:
- Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
- Apparel & Accessories Policy
- applicable footwear policies or FAQs; and
- any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Eligibility may vary depending on whether a product is physical, digital, made to order, damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or otherwise subject to a specific policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AIM ATTITUDE® name, AIM logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, brand elements, original characters, stories, artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, animation, books, comics, manga, written materials, educational content, digital media, audiovisual works, website content, and other intellectual property owned by AIM ATTITUDE INC. are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly authorized, no content or brand asset may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, displayed, transmitted, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without appropriate authorization.
Nothing contained in the Services grants any license or right to use AIM ATTITUDE intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Additional requirements concerning our trademarks, logos, artwork, creative assets, licensing, and authorized uses are described in our Brand & Intellectual Property Policy.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12. PERMITTED PERSONAL USE
Unless otherwise stated, AIM ATTITUDE provides access to website content for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.
You may view and interact with publicly available website content for its intended purpose.

When using the Services, you may not:
- violate applicable law or regulation;
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services;

- reproduce or commercially exploit AIM ATTITUDE content without authorization;
- use the Services to distribute spam or unauthorized commercial communications; or
- use the Services in a manner that materially interferes with another person's use of the Services.
We may take reasonable measures to prevent or address prohibited conduct.
14. USER COMMUNICATIONS, SUBMISSIONS, AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily send us feedback, ideas, comments, suggestions, questions, reviews, or other communications, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person.
Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, general feedback or suggestions concerning our Services may be used by AIM ATTITUDE for legitimate business purposes without an obligation to compensate you.
This provision does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to AIM ATTITUDE.
Please do not submit confidential creative concepts, manuscripts, character concepts, business proposals, or other proprietary materials through general customer-service channels unless AIM ATTITUDE has specifically invited the submission or agreed in writing to receive it.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, fulfillment providers, shipping providers, social networks, applications, or other services.
Third-party services are operated independently and may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
AIM ATTITUDE is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
16. EDUCATIONAL, INSPIRATIONAL, AND ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT
AIM ATTITUDE may provide educational, inspirational, lifestyle, storytelling, entertainment, or human-development content.
Such content is provided for general informational, educational, creative, or entertainment purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
It is not intended to substitute for individualized professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for determining whether information or content is appropriate for your individual circumstances and for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.
17. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and in accordance with applicable law.
18. SECURITY
We use reasonable measures designed to support the security and integrity of our Services.
However, no internet-based service, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when using online services and for protecting your account credentials and devices.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
AIM ATTITUDE does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided by us, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIM ATTITUDE INC. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and authorized service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIM ATTITUDE's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to AIM ATTITUDE for the product or Service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM ATTITUDE INC. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Services;
- your material violation of these Terms; or
- your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify AIM ATTITUDE for AIM ATTITUDE's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other liability where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services where reasonably appropriate due to:
- violation of these Terms;
- fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- misuse of the Services;
- security concerns; or
- circumstances requiring us to protect AIM ATTITUDE, our customers, or others.
Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and other accrued rights and obligations.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT CORRECT STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections provided by mandatory laws that apply to that consumer.
24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises concerning the Services, a purchase, or these Terms, we encourage you to contact AIM ATTITUDE INC. first so we have an opportunity to understand and attempt to resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
26. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services, products, features, or content from time to time.
Where required by law or contract, appropriate notice will be provided.
We are not obligated to continue offering any particular feature, product, or Service indefinitely.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, policies, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Your continued use of the Services following an update is subject to applicable law regarding notice and consent.
28. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where appropriate.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
29. NO WAIVER
A failure by AIM ATTITUDE to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be authorized by AIM ATTITUDE INC. and will apply only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.
30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with policies and terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and AIM ATTITUDE regarding use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.
If a product, program, promotion, experience, or Service has additional specific terms, those additional terms also apply. In the event of a direct conflict, the more specific terms will govern with respect to that particular offering, to the extent permitted by law.
