At AIM Attitude, your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth experience, we have outlined this refund policy to address any challenges you may encounter with products purchased from us.

Digital Products (eBooks)
Due to the nature of digital products, AIM Attitude cannot offer an unlimited refund period. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is impossible to return it in the traditional sense. Therefore, we offer a 7-day refund period for digital products, including software, to allow you adequate time to test your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds
AIM Attitude will honor refund requests for the following reasons:

  1. Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery email due to a mail issue, you may be required to provide proof that you have reported the missing item to the mail service.
  2. Download issues: If you encounter problems preventing you from downloading the product, please contact our support team. This issue may be related to your browser, firewall, or network, rather than the product itself.
  3. Irreparable defects with the software: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please submit such issues to our Support Team for review.

Refund requests made after downloading a product will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within SEVEN (7) days of your original purchase.

Acceptable Reasons for a Refund Request
The refund guarantee is intended to protect customers from defective purchases, not to serve as a trial period. Acceptable reasons for requesting a refund include:

  1. Misrepresentation of the product: If the product does not match its description on the sales page, a refund is warranted. While we strive for accuracy, errors can occur, and a refund will be issued for any unintentional misrepresentation.
  2. Functional complaints: If the product’s functionality does not meet your expectations (e.g., a confusing interface), you may request a refund.
  3. Unresolvable customer support issues: If our support team cannot resolve your issue, you may request a refund. However, you must seek assistance first before requesting a refund.

Unacceptable Reasons for a Refund Request
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  1. General dissatisfaction: Statements such as "not what I thought" or "I can't use this" are not valid reasons for a refund. We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure about the product.
  2. Change of mind after accessing the product: If you have accessed the product but decided not to use it, this is not a valid reason for a refund. Refunds will only be considered for products that have never been accessed.
