AIM ATTITUDE® Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AIM ATTITUDE INC. We operate and manage www.aimattitude.com, and we deeply appreciate your trust in our brand and purpose.
At AIM ATTITUDE, we create with intention — every product reflects care, craftsmanship, and conscious choice.
Because many of our items are made-to-order or digital, this Exchange, Return & Refund Policy ensures fairness, transparency, and integrity while upholding our commitment to sustainability and responsible production.
1. Digital Products (eBooks & Software)
Due to the nature of digital products, once accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned.
However, we offer a 7-day refund period for digital purchases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product was not delivered (e.g., download email not received)
- Technical issues prevent access or downloading
- The product contains irreparable defects that our support team cannot resolve
Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase.
Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible unless required by applicable law.
2. Made-To-Order Shoes
Each pair of AIM ATTITUDE made-to-order shoes is individually handcrafted specifically for you.
Because these items are custom-produced, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted except in cases of:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Delivery errors (incorrect item received)
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
3. Apparel & Accessories – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
AIM ATTITUDE apparel and accessory items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each product is custom-produced once your order is placed.
Because of this production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Color selection errors
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference
If a different size or color is needed, a new order must be placed.
Defective or Incorrect Apparel & Accessories
Refunds or replacements (not exchanges) will only be granted if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The item is misprinted
- The wrong item was received
Such issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence for verification. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
All apparel and accessory-related claims are processed in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s production standards.
Third-Party Fulfillment Partner (Printful)
AIM ATTITUDE INC. partners with Printful for the fulfillment and production of certain apparel and accessory items. Apparel and accessory-related claims follow Printful’s fulfillment standards.
4. Eligibility for Refunds (Digital & Non-Apparel Items)
Except as outlined in Sections 2 and 3, refund requests may be honored only under the following conditions:
- Non-delivery of the product
- Download or access issues verified to be unrelated to your device, connection, or network
- Irreparable product defects confirmed by our support team
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt (or purchase date for digital items), and proof of purchase may be required.
5. Unacceptable Reasons for Refund Requests
Refunds will not be issued for:
- General dissatisfaction (e.g., “not what I expected” or “changed my mind”)
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Refund requests made after the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used
- Failure to review product details prior to purchase
Refunds exist to protect customers from defective or misrepresented products — not as trial periods.
6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
AIM ATTITUDE INC. is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AIM ATTITUDE INC. to resolve the matter is considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to dispute and challenge chargebacks that contradict this policy.
8. Policy Updates
AIM ATTITUDE INC. may update this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes.
Continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us through the contact form at:
www.aimattitude.com and include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase
Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days.
