At AIM ATTITUDE®, apparel and accessories are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. Each product is made specifically for you when you place your order. By producing items on demand rather than in bulk, we reduce overproduction, minimize waste, and lower our environmental impact.

Where Is My Order?
Our apparel products are Print-On-Demand and custom-made specifically for you once you place an order, which is why delivery may take a bit longer. Each item undergoes a meticulous process, including digitization and thorough quality checks, to ensure the best possible results. This process involves custom printing, digitization, or embroidery, all carefully reviewed to meet the highest standards of quality.
Please note that sometimes we may refuse to proceed with production if the quality of printing, digitization, or embroidery does not meet our standards. This ensures that your final product looks its best.

Can I cancel My Order?
Apparel products are Print-On-Demand and custom-made specifically for you once you place an order. As soon as your order is placed, it is automatically launched into production, and the process begins immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to stop the order. However, if production has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of materials and labor.
Please be sure to include your order number when reaching out.
Delivery Times
4-11 business days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.
Claims For Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
SIZE & ORDER CHANGES
At AIM ATTITUDE®, apparel and accessories are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. Each product is custom-produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this production process, we are unable to offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Color selection errors
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference
As items are not pre-stocked or held in inventory, returned merchandise cannot be accepted for exchange. If a different size or color is needed, a new order must be placed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly provide a replacement (not an exchange) if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The item is misprinted
- The wrong item was received
Any such issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence for verification.
Important Note
Items returned due to sizing or preference-related reasons cannot be restocked and are not returned to the sender.
Return Policy
Return & Refund Policy
All AIM ATTITUDE® products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
Eligible Returns
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Is misprinted
- You received the wrong item
Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, a replacement will be issued. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.
- Reshipping costs may apply.
- Unclaimed packages are not refunded.
Health & Hygiene Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once delivered.
EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, custom and made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
