AIM ATTITUDE LOGO AND ARTWORK USAGE POLICY

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the AIM ATTITUDE logo and artwork.
AIM ATTITUDE INC., established in 2011, is committed to protecting its brand identity, creative assets, and intellectual property to ensure that all representations of the brand uphold the integrity, vision, and reputation of AIM ATTITUDE.

2. Ownership of the Logo

The AIM ATTITUDE logo is the exclusive property of AIM ATTITUDE INC. All rights, including registered trademark rights, are reserved. No ownership or licensing rights in the logo are transferred to any third party under this document.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All artwork, illustrations, designs, animations, graphics, written content, and creative materials produced under or for AIM ATTITUDE INC. are the sole and exclusive property of AIM ATTITUDE INC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Brand logos and insignia
• Character artwork and animation designs
• Apparel and product designs
• Marketing visuals, packaging, and promotional materials
• Books, comics, and digital publications
• Film, TV, and entertainment content developed by AIM ATTITUDE

These works are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No artwork, design, or creative content owned by AIM ATTITUDE INC. may be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent from AIM ATTITUDE INC.

4. Authorized Use

The AIM ATTITUDE logo and artwork may only be used by another company, organization, or individual with the express prior written authorization of AIM ATTITUDE INC.
Such authorization must be documented in a signed agreement specifying:

• The scope and purpose of the use
• The platforms and materials where the logo or artwork will appear
• The duration and limitations of the permission granted

5. Unauthorized Use

Any use of the AIM ATTITUDE logo, artwork, or creative assets by a company, individual, or entity without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for trademark or copyright infringement, damages, and any other applicable remedies under law.

6. Requests for Permission

Requests for permission to use the AIM ATTITUDE logo or artwork must be submitted in writing to AIM ATTITUDE INC.

The request must include:

• Intended use and purpose
• Duration of use
• Description of where and how the materials will be displayed or distributed

AIM ATTITUDE INC. reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.

7. Conditions for Authorized Use

If permission is granted, use of the AIM ATTITUDE logo or artwork must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

1. The logo or artwork must be used exactly as provided, without alteration, distortion, or modification.
2. The logo or artwork must not be combined with other logos, symbols, or graphics without express written permission.
3. All uses must reflect positively on AIM ATTITUDE and align with its values, mission, and brand guidelines.
4. The logo or artwork may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without express written approval.

Failure to comply with these conditions will immediately revoke any authorization granted.

8. Authorized Media and Partnerships

Partners, collaborators, and media entities that have received written authorization from AIM ATTITUDE INC. may use the logo or artwork only in the formats, sizes, and placements approved by AIM ATTITUDE.
Any deviation from the approved version requires additional written consent.

9. Termination of Use

AIM ATTITUDE INC. reserves the right to terminate any authorized use of its logo or artwork at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, the company, individual, or entity must immediately cease all use of the materials and remove them from all websites, printed materials, digital platforms, and products.

10. Legal Remedies

AIM ATTITUDE INC. reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, to prevent or address unauthorized use of its logo, artwork, or intellectual property.

11. Modifications

AIM ATTITUDE INC. may modify or update this document at any time.
Any such modifications will be communicated in writing to all parties with previously granted permissions, and updated versions will be published on AIM ATTITUDE’s official platforms.

12. Trademark Notice

The AIM ATTITUDE name, logo, and all associated creative works are registered trademarks and protected intellectual property of AIM ATTITUDE INC.
All related materials remain the exclusive property of AIM ATTITUDE INC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited under applicable laws.

13. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in AIM ATTITUDE’s Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

• (a) for any unlawful purpose;
• (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;
• (c) to violate international, federal, or local laws and regulations;
• (d) to infringe upon or violate AIM ATTITUDE’s intellectual property rights;
• (e) to harass, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group;
• (f) to upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or deceptive information;
• (g) to interfere with or compromise AIM ATTITUDE’s systems, services, or security features.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of authorization and potential legal action.
