AIM ATTITUDE
Brand & Intellectual Property Policy
AIM ATTITUDE expresses focus, direction, and growth through conscious choices.
This policy explains how our trademarks and creative materials may be used with respect for our purpose, values, identity, and brand standards. We respect the authorship and intellectual property rights of others.
Brand & Intellectual Property Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2026
AIM ATTITUDE represents focus, direction, and growth through conscious choices. Respect for creativity, authorship, and truthful representation guides how we protect and share our work.
This policy explains the intellectual property rights associated with AIM ATTITUDE INC. (“AIM ATTITUDE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the permissions available to customers and visitors, and how to request permission for additional uses.
1. Our Brand and Creative Materials
Our brand and creative materials include our trademarks, logos, original artwork, product graphics, written content, eBooks, stories, characters, illustrations, photography, videos, and other creative works.
These materials include works and brand identifiers associated with AIM ATTITUDE Entertainment, AIMComics, AIMManga, and AIMAnimation, including character designs and names, storylines, fictional worlds, visual identities, illustrations, scripts, and audiovisual works. Protection for each material depends on its nature, the rights we hold, and applicable law.
We own or license the rights that allow us to use these materials. For works created for AIM ATTITUDE INC., ownership depends on a valid assignment, a qualifying work-made-for-hire arrangement, or another legally recognized basis. A license permits use within its terms and does not, by itself, transfer ownership. The extent of our rights and protection depends on applicable law and the relevant agreements.
Materials belonging to photographers, authors, designers, technology providers, or other third parties remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing arrangements. Their appearance on our website does not transfer those rights to AIM ATTITUDE or to website visitors.
2. Registered Trademarks and Brand Name
AIM ATTITUDE INC. owns U.S. trademark registrations for the distinctive AIM logo featuring a walking figure between the stylized letters A and M. These include:
- U.S. Registration No. 4,538,591: the logo for the clothing goods identified in the registration, in International Class 25.
- U.S. Registration No. 5,830,041: the logo for the downloadable publications identified in the registration, in International Class 9.
- U.S. Registration No. 5,747,520: the logo for the goods and services identified in the registration, in International Classes 21 and 41.
Each registration covers the mark and the specific goods or services identified in its current record. A class number does not establish protection for every product or service within that class.
AIM ATTITUDE is also used as a brand name and trademark. We reserve the rights established through our use of the name and our other brand identifiers under applicable law.
The ® symbol identifies a registered mark used in connection with goods or services covered by an active registration. It does not indicate that every word, image, design, or product on our website is separately registered.
3. Copyright and Original Expression
Our original creative expression is protected by copyright where it satisfies the requirements of applicable law. Copyright ownership may arise through authorship, assignment, or another legally recognized arrangement.
Copyright protects qualifying expression, such as original writing and artwork. It does not give us ownership of general ideas, facts, concepts, or principles such as positivity, personal growth, emotional awareness, or conscious living.
Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, protected materials may not be reproduced, adapted, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder.
4. Customer Use of Physical Products
Purchasing an AIM ATTITUDE physical product allows you to possess and use that product. It does not transfer ownership of the trademarks, artwork, or other intellectual property displayed on it.
You may wear, use, photograph, and discuss your purchased products. This policy does not restrict lawful resale of genuine products or other rights available under applicable law.
Purchasing a product does not authorize copying its protected artwork onto additional merchandise or presenting yourself as an authorized AIM ATTITUDE manufacturer, distributor, or partner.
5. eBooks and Digital Publications
Unless a product listing or separate agreement expressly states otherwise, purchasing an AIM ATTITUDE eBook provides a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own non-commercial reading and use.
You may download your purchased eBook to your personal devices and keep a backup copy for your own use.
Except where applicable law or written permission allows otherwise, you may not:
- Upload or distribute the eBook through public websites, shared drives, social platforms, or file-sharing services.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute copies of the digital file.
- Republish substantial portions of its protected content.
- Sell translations, adaptations, recordings, or other versions derived from its protected content.
- Remove ownership notices to misrepresent authorship.
For classroom distribution, organizational use, public readings, adaptations, or other uses beyond the personal license, contact us to discuss permission.
These terms do not limit fair use or other rights provided by applicable law. Access problems and refund requests are addressed in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds.
6. Sharing, Reviews, and Lawful References
We welcome honest discussion of AIM ATTITUDE and its products.
You may link to our public website pages and share our public posts through the sharing features made available by the relevant platform, subject to that platform’s terms.
This policy does not prohibit truthful reviews, criticism, commentary, news reporting, lawful references to our brand, fair use, or other uses permitted by law. Permission is not required solely because a lawful review expresses an unfavorable opinion.
When permission is required to reproduce protected content, providing credit or a link does not replace that permission. Quotations should accurately identify their source and comply with applicable law.
7. Requesting Permission
For uses requiring authorization, including commercial reproduction of our artwork, branded merchandise, licensing, advertising, or collaborations, submit a request through our Contact Us page.
Please include:
- Your name and the organization you represent, if applicable.
- The specific logo, image, publication, or other material you wish to use.
- The purpose and scope of the proposed use.
- The websites, platforms, products, or publications involved.
- The proposed duration and geographic reach.
- Whether the use is commercial.
- A sample layout or mockup, where available.
Submitting a request does not grant permission. Authorization must be provided in writing by an authorized representative of AIM ATTITUDE INC.
We can grant permission only for rights we own or are authorized to license.
8. Conditions for Authorized Brand Use
When we grant permission, the written authorization defines the approved use.
Unless that authorization states otherwise:
- Use the approved assets and follow the supplied brand guidelines.
- Preserve the approved proportions, appearance, and identifying details.
- Obtain approval before altering the logo or combining it with other branding.
- Use the materials only for the approved purpose, channels, and duration.
- Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership beyond what has been authorized.
- Do not transfer or sublicense the permission to another party.
A separate written agreement controls if its terms differ from this policy. Any termination of permission and related obligations will follow that agreement and applicable law.
9. Production Providers and Collaborators
We may authorize Printful and other service providers to reproduce approved designs as part of production, fulfillment, or other services performed for AIM ATTITUDE.
Those permissions are governed by the applicable service agreements. They do not grant customers or other parties permission to reproduce our designs independently.
Ownership and permitted use of commissioned or collaborative work are determined by the relevant agreements and applicable law. This policy does not replace an assignment, license, or collaboration agreement.
10. Customer Content and Submissions
You retain ownership of the original content you create, subject to any rights belonging to others.
Permissions relating to reviews, photographs, comments, or other submissions are governed by our Terms & Conditions, any applicable submission terms, and any separate permission you provide.
Sending us a private message or photograph does not, by itself, authorize its use in advertising. Any use must remain within the permissions actually granted.
11. Infringement and Misrepresentation
We may take appropriate action against conduct that infringes our rights or falsely represents an association with AIM ATTITUDE, including:
- Manufacturing or selling counterfeit AIM ATTITUDE products.
- Reproducing protected artwork or publications without authorization where permission is legally required.
- Distributing unauthorized copies of our eBooks.
- Creating accounts, websites, listings, or advertisements that mislead people into believing they are operated or endorsed by AIM ATTITUDE.
- Falsely claiming ownership of our protected creative work.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include requesting correction or removal, reporting an issue to the relevant platform, or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
This section does not restrict lawful reviews, commentary, fair use, or other legally permitted activity.
12. Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern
To report suspected misuse of AIM ATTITUDE materials, or to raise a concern that content on our website infringes your rights, contact us through our Contact Us page.
Please provide:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the work or trademark involved.
- The specific webpage, listing, or location of the disputed material.
- An explanation of your concern and any supporting information.
- Whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
Provide accurate information and submit reports in good faith. We may request additional details to assess the concern.
This contact process does not replace any formal notice requirements that apply under law or a third-party platform’s procedures.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our brand materials, permissions, business practices, or applicable law. The effective date will identify the current version.
Updates do not retroactively change rights already granted under an existing purchase license or written agreement. Any changes to those rights must follow the applicable agreement and law.
