Service Diaries
Clock out. Let it out.
You serve people all day. Service Diaries gives you a place to be heard.
Created by AIM ATTITUDE, Service Diaries is a diary and community app in development for adults 18+ whose work involves serving others. It is being designed for personal reflection, shared experiences, acts of kindness, and a way forward at your own pace.
In development · Adults 18+ · Planned first release: USA
Your story belongs here.
Serving others asks for attention, patience, and care. Being spoken to harshly, humiliated, dismissed, or put under pressure can stay with a person long after the interaction ends. Kindness can leave a lasting impression, too.
Service Diaries exists to make room for the person behind the service: what happened, how they were treated, and what they are carrying afterward. The aim is to give those experiences words, make room for shared understanding, and help people feel less alone.
You don’t have to feel positive before you begin. You can acknowledge a difficult experience without excusing it or rushing to find a lesson.
Write. Reflect. Choose what comes next.
My Diary is intended to hold personal reflections, with community sharing as a separate, deliberate choice. Writing something should not mean publishing it. Shared stories and replies would create room for understanding between people with similar experiences.
These are planned app experiences. Public accounts and community sharing are not available yet.
Some moments stay with us after the interaction ends.
My Story is designed for difficult interactions with the people you serve. Write what happened in your own words, identify the customer’s behavior, and choose the feelings that fit your experience—or leave feelings unselected. How someone treated you and how it left you feeling are two different parts of your story.
Room to let it out, without pressure to move on immediately.
An act of kindness can change a day.
Customer Heroes is designed to celebrate acts of kindness and positive actions by customers, guests, clients, patients, and others you serve. What did someone choose to do? How did that action affect you? What difference did it make in your day or the direction you took afterward?
The action. The emotional impact. What stayed with you.
Share the experience. Protect the identity.
The focus is how you were treated and what it meant to you. Community stories should not identify or target the people, businesses, workplaces, or households involved. This includes positive stories: kindness can be celebrated without naming someone.
Private diary writing and community posting need different protections. The app’s privacy and community safeguards are still being developed; this page is not a promise of complete anonymity. Service Diaries is intended for reflection and shared understanding, not business ratings, HR case handling, or formal complaints.
For the people behind the service—at every level.
Service Diaries is being developed for adults 18+ in the United States whose work involves serving, assisting, supporting, caring for, or creating experiences for others—in person, by phone, online, or in private homes.
Managers belong here too. Managers across service industries can face insults, pressure, or verbal abuse from the people they serve—including being called “unprofessional” for declining free items or enforcing a reasonable policy. Service Diaries is being designed to give these experiences room to be expressed, alongside how they left the person feeling. Describe the behavior without naming the customer, manager, employer, or business.
From restaurant staff and retail workers to spa professionals, fitness instructors, dental teams, housekeepers, estate managers, taxi drivers, and food delivery workers: the focus is the interaction with the person you serve.
Your way forward.
At your own pace.
Your next chapter begins with a choice. Your choice sets a direction. Your direction becomes your AIM.
Moving forward can mean pausing, seeking support, recognizing a boundary, or exploring something new. It does not require pretending that what happened was okay. These three destinations are being developed as part of the app.

The human being behind every story.
AIM ATTITUDE’s purpose here is to support mental and emotional wellbeing through reflection, human connection, and conscious choice. Service Diaries brings that intention into an everyday experience: noticing what you feel, expressing what happened, and considering what you need next.
At the heart of AIM is I AM—recognizing yourself as a human being with feelings, dignity, and a direction of your own. Someone else’s behavior does not define your worth.
Positive action may be asking for help, setting a boundary, taking a pause, listening with care, or recognizing someone’s kindness. It is a choice made with awareness, not an expectation to always feel happy.
Service Diaries is being developed as a reflection and peer-community app. It is not therapy, a mental-health treatment, or a crisis service, and it does not replace professional care.
What happened may be part of your story. What comes next is yours to shape.
