Clarity guides understanding
Describe the app experience.
For an app concern, include the app version and build, the screen name, the action you selected, the result and the approximate time. Find the version in Profile & Settings → Contact Service Diaries or About Service Diaries. Share an error message only after checking for private details.
Awareness protects privacy
Choose what you share.
Keep diary entries, photos, passwords, verification codes, recovery codes and identifying details about customers, colleagues, employers or households private. Support messages do not include diary writing or app details automatically. Review attachments before sending. Service Diaries support email is hosted through Zoho.
Preserve your writing
Keep the app installed.
If an entry appears missing or the app fails to open, keep the app and local data in place. Contact support before attempting a reset or reinstall. For an update, use the existing App Store or TestFlight installation. Keep an encrypted diary export and the matching recovery code separately.
Account and privacy requests
A clear route for your request.
For access, correction, a copy, deletion, consent withdrawal or an appeal, email the request and a relevant account or case reference. Verification is proportionate; a diary, password or recovery code is never required. Read Account & Data Deletion and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for the applicable process.
Shared-content concerns
Describe the concern with care.
When community access is available, use the separate Flag, Block or Report a concern controls in the story or comment menu. A nonmember can email a story or case reference and a brief explanation. Keep identifying records and private screenshots out of the message. Email can also be used to request reconsideration of a moderation decision.
Release status
Preparing for public release.
The planned first release includes a private diary and optional community participation for adults 18+ in the United States. Public download is not yet available. App Store availability will be announced on the Service Diaries page. Support and privacy requests remain available during preparation.
