Service Diaries — Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
AIM ATTITUDE INC. · Diary and community launch notice · Version 2026-11-02.2 · Prepared November 2, 2026
Public release is being prepared. This advance notice describes relevant information in the planned diary and optional community edition. Public download and public community access are not open. Required collection, sharing and withdrawal choices must be in place before affected public processing begins. The final effective date will be identified before public participation begins. Previous edition notices are retained below.
Information, sources and purposes
AIM ATTITUDE INC. provides Service Diaries for writing and reflection. Writing or chosen feelings can reveal physical or mental health information. Not every feeling is a health condition. Service Diaries does not provide medical care, diagnose a condition, connect to HealthKit or retrieve medical records.
Relevant information comes from the person who writes, deliberately shares, reports a concern, requests review or sends correspondence. Categories can include health-related words or selected feelings, an account reference associated with that material, and a safety or moderation decision concerning the submitted copy. The purposes are the requested diary or community function, reviewing concerns, providing support and honoring privacy rights. The service does not build an emotional advertising profile, sell consumer health data, monitor employees or use healthcare-location geofences.
Private diary entries, local photos and on-device support suggestions remain on the device and are excluded from remote community screening. An optional shared copy may contain information the writer deliberately includes. Keep another person’s health records, identifying details and unnecessary personal information out of submissions and support email.
Recipients
For the planned online edition, Supabase stores online account, deliberately shared content and relevant case records. OpenAI processes the submitted text, included feelings or chosen public name for screening. Authorized reviewers may read held or reported shared material and relevant case information. Eligible community members can see an approved shared copy within the disclosed audience. The service links a shared record to the account even when the public label is Anonymous.
Resend delivers account emails and generic reviewer alerts; reviewer alerts exclude story text and member details. Zoho and the sender’s email provider handle support correspondence selected by the sender. A chosen export destination receives an encrypted diary file and associated metadata. The planned private iCloud deletion-recovery log contains minimal deletion identifiers and references, without diary writing, photos, story text or report details. A valid legal requirement may require disclosure of information actually held. See the Privacy Policy for the separate flows and provider details.
Your separate community data choices
Your private diary remains available without joining the online community. Creating a community profile or renewing participation presents separate, initially-off choices for collection, OpenAI screening and sharing within the community, alongside the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. The screen identifies the submitted categories, recipients and purposes. A general policy acknowledgment alone does not grant these permissions.
Collection covers the public profile you choose, deliberately submitted story or comment copies, included feelings, linked account activity and reports for the requested community function, safety review and privacy rights. OpenAI screening uses the selected public name, submitted text and included feelings. Approved profile and shared copies can be seen by eligible community members. Private diary originals, local photos, unsent drafts and private reflections are excluded. External sharing remains a separate per-story writer choice.
In Profile → Account & Security → Your data choices, stop OpenAI screening or community sharing. Future community access and screening stop; shared copies become unavailable to readers and remain unpublished after a later renewal. Processing already sent to a provider cannot be recalled; a late screening result cannot publish the withdrawn copy. Separately permitted account records can remain for the disclosed service, rights or limited review purpose until removal or a relevant deletion requirement.
Withdrawing community collection uses the clearly labeled “Withdraw collection & close online account” action and confirmation. Community access ends and removal of the online account and related content is requested through the guarded deletion process. A queued request is not completed deletion. Private diary entries, local photos and user-held backups remain separate. Collection withdrawal does not require agreeing to a replacement notice. Contact servicediaries@aimattitude.com for another applicable privacy request, access, correction, removal or an appeal, including when account access is unavailable.
Minimal versioned choice receipts record the account reference, selected permissions, request reference and time. Receipts contain no diary writing or shared-text copy and are removed with the online account. Replaying a prior consent request after withdrawal does not restore permission. A new affirmative choice cannot automatically republish a removed shared copy.
Retention and rights
Private entries and photos have no automatic expiry. The approved starting limits for the public edition are 30 days for future operator recovery copies, 30 days for unreferenced reconciled finished-job metadata, and up to 90 days after closure for controlled support or moderation cases. Account deletion and applicable legal rights take precedence. Existing protected preparation backups remain isolated during historical reconciliation. Minimal deletion exclusions have a separate, reviewed anti-restoration purpose. See Account & Data Deletion for the detailed distinctions.
Depending on applicable law, request confirmation of collection or sharing, access, a copy, recipient information, correction, withdrawal, deletion or an appeal. Use the subject Consumer Health Data Privacy Request or Consumer Health Data Appeal. Include only enough information to locate the relevant records. An authorized representative may act where permitted. Verification is proportionate and never requires a private diary or recovery code. No app account is required, and exercising a right does not result in unlawful discrimination.
For requests governed by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, the ordinary response period is 45 days; a permitted extension must be explained. Appeals require a written response within 45 days. A denied appeal must explain the decision and how to contact the Washington Attorney General. Washington rights and appeals.
For a covered Nevada deletion request, the law generally requires deletion and downstream notification within 30 days after authentication, subject to the statute’s applicable exceptions. Other jurisdictions may impose different or shorter requirements; the applicable rule governs. Nevada consumer health data provisions.
New categories, purposes or recipients require updated disclosure and any required choice before processing begins. This notice does not reduce mandatory rights or authorize future unrelated uses.

Collection, sharing and withdrawal choices
Keeping a private diary does not require community participation. A general policy acknowledgment does not authorize unrelated sensitive-data use. Where applicable law requires consent, collection and sharing require the appropriate distinct, informed choices before processing; acceptance of Terms alone does not supply those choices. Public processing remains closed while those launch controls are completed.
Review the exact story or comment and included fields before submitting. Response preferences for understanding, encouragement or practical suggestions are optional conversation guidance, without an inferred diagnosis or required positive conclusion. Muting is a private notice preference, separate from a collection or sharing choice.
External sharing starts off per story. A separate explicit writer choice can permit readers to send the approved title and body through an outside app. Separate feeling fields, comments, private originals and photos are excluded. The title or body may itself contain sensitive information. Turning permission off stops new exports through Service Diaries; a recipient may retain an earlier copy. This product control does not replace a separate consent required by law.
Contact servicediaries@aimattitude.com to withdraw an applicable consent, request removal or exercise a privacy right. Community account deletion is also available through the account screen in the online edition. Withdrawal and account deletion do not silently erase the private diary. Where required, processing and downstream deletion must follow the applicable legal timeline; an ordinary case-retention rule cannot extend that timeline.

Service Diaries
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
AIM ATTITUDE INC. · Private diary edition · Version 2026-10-13.2 · October 13, 2026
This document describes the private diary edition prepared for the first App Store release. Public availability depends on Apple approval and release. It applies to this edition when installed; it does not announce that the app is already available for public download.
Scope
AIM ATTITUDE INC. provides Service Diaries. Writing about feelings or experiences can reveal physical or mental health information. This notice addresses that information in the private diary edition and in voluntary support or privacy correspondence, including consumer health data rights where applicable law provides them.
Service Diaries does not provide medical care or connect to HealthKit, medical records or a diagnostic service. Not every feeling is a health condition. Calling the app a diary does not remove rights that apply to sensitive information.
Categories, sources and purposes
The app processes the entries, drafts, selected feelings, personal tags and reflections you enter directly on your device so you can write, save, search, revisit, edit and delete them. Older local sharing drafts or demo records can remain from earlier test builds. None is uploaded to an AIM ATTITUDE diary server in this edition.
Limited on-device support checks may use the text you are writing to offer optional resources. Their temporary classifications are not saved as a health profile or sent to a person. They do not infer or establish a medical diagnosis.
If you voluntarily include health-related information in support or privacy email, AIM ATTITUDE receives that content and ordinary correspondence information, such as your email address and message date, to handle the inquiry or request. Please do not send private diary text or unnecessary health information. The source is you, or a representative communicating on your behalf.
Recipients and sharing
Device-only writing: the native app has no server, advertising, analytics, employer-monitoring or affiliate-sharing integration that receives diary entries or feelings. No live community or hosted moderator receives them.
User-directed backup: you may save an encrypted file to a chosen storage provider. That provider can receive the file and associated metadata under its own practices. Anyone with both the file and its recovery code can read the exported writing.
Voluntary correspondence: your chosen email service, Zoho as AIM ATTITUDE’s support-email provider, and the people at AIM ATTITUDE handling the request can receive the information you send. Do not use ordinary support email as a repository for private writing. Legally required disclosure of information actually held remains subject to applicable law.
This edition does not sell diary content or send it for targeted advertising or third-party AI training. Independent support services and the website apply their own practices when you choose to visit them; the native app does not attach diary content to those links.
Storage, retention and deletion
The diary remains on your device until you delete entries or intentionally remove local app data. User-held encrypted backups and earlier separate drafts are independent copies. Account & Data Deletion explains the controls and their limits.
For correspondence actually received, request access, correction or deletion at servicediaries@aimattitude.com. Information must not be retained for unrelated uses merely because it arrived in a support message. Any lawful retention exception must be limited to its purpose. App removal alone is not an email-deletion request.
Your requests and appeals
Where applicable, you may confirm covered collection or sharing, access your data and recipient information, withdraw consent, request deletion, and appeal a refusal. Email servicediaries@aimattitude.com with the subject Consumer Health Data Privacy Request, or Consumer Health Data Appeal for an appeal. Give only enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and request. No app account or diary disclosure is required.
AIM ATTITUDE must use proportionate identity verification and a suitable channel for any sensitive response. For requests governed by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, the ordinary response period is 45 days; a permitted extension must be explained. Appeals receive a written response within 45 days. Applicable limits for archived backups and legal exceptions still apply. If an appeal is denied, the response must explain the decision and how to contact the Washington Attorney General.
Exercising a privacy right must not result in unlawful discrimination. These instructions do not reduce mandatory rights or extend legal deadlines. Device-only writing cannot be remotely retrieved by AIM ATTITUDE.
Choices and future changes
You choose whether to write, select feelings, export a backup or send a support message. A general privacy acknowledgment is not permission for advertising, future community publication or unrelated sensitive-data use.
New categories, purposes, recipients or community processing require updated disclosures and any consent required by law before they begin. Where required, sharing consent must be separate from collection consent. No live accounts or public posting are authorized by this notice.

Service Diaries
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
AIM ATTITUDE INC. · Working draft · October 12, 2026
Pre-publication draft — not yet effective. The following disclosures reflect the development-stage application and have not completed technical or legal review. Before publication, confirm actual data practices, recipients, applicable jurisdictions, secure privacy-request procedures, and any consent controls.
1. Scope and consumer health data
Service Diaries is a human connection and emotional well-being experience developed by AIM ATTITUDE INC. This draft addresses consumer health data, where covered by Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373).
Personal writing about service experiences can sometimes identify an individual's physical or mental health status, including symptoms, health conditions, or psychological experiences. Not every feeling or workplace experience qualifies as consumer health data. Whether the Act applies to particular app users and processing activities remains under review, including the distinction between personal and employment contexts.
2. Categories of consumer health data and purposes
Depending on what a person chooses to write or communicate, the following categories may contain consumer health data:
- Private diary entries, drafts, reflections, and personal notes. The development app processes this writing on the iPhone to let the writer create, view, search, revise, and delete personal entries.
- Optional feelings and experience tags. Where a tag or associated text reveals health status, the development app uses the information locally to organize and revisit writing.
- Sharing review copies and local community demonstrations. A separate review copy may contain health-related statements. The current app does not transmit review copies to a live community, moderation service, or AIM ATTITUDE server.
- Voluntary support and privacy correspondence. If someone includes health-related information in an email to Service Diaries, AIM ATTITUDE may process the information to address the inquiry or a privacy-rights request.
These descriptions reflect the current development code and must be verified against the release build, website integrations, diagnostics, and any future backend before this policy becomes effective.
3. Sources of consumer health data
Potential sources are information a person enters directly into the app and information the person voluntarily provides through support or privacy correspondence. No external health-record connection, medical-data import, or active system for inferring diagnoses is described in the current development build. Additional sources, if introduced, will require review and updated disclosures before applicable processing begins.
4. Categories shared and recipients
Device-only writing: The current development app is designed to keep private diary entries, reflections, tags, and separate sharing review copies on the user's device. The app has no live community transmission or hosted moderator reviewing those entries.
User-directed export: A writer can choose to export an encrypted diary backup to an outside storage destination. The chosen destination and associated provider may process the exported file and its metadata under their own practices.
Support correspondence: Email messages are transmitted through the sender's email provider and the email infrastructure used by AIM ATTITUDE for Service Diaries support. AIM ATTITUDE currently uses Zoho for brand email; the actual provider and recipient arrangements must be confirmed before publication.
Affiliates and additional third parties: No specific corporate affiliate has yet been verified as receiving consumer health data through Service Diaries. Before publication, identify any such affiliates and any third-party recipients or processors of covered information, including relevant website or diagnostic services. No live community sharing is presently active.
5. Consumer health data rights and requests
Where RCW 19.373 applies, an eligible consumer may request confirmation of covered collection, sharing, or sale; access to consumer health data and applicable recipients; withdrawal of consent for future collection or sharing; and deletion of covered information. Consumers may appeal certain refusals.
Contact servicediaries@aimattitude.com with the subject Consumer Health Data Privacy Request. For an appeal, use the subject Consumer Health Data Appeal. Do not send private diary text, passwords, or recovery codes through ordinary email. Requests will require proportionate, secure identity verification.
Under the Act, applicable requests generally must be addressed without undue delay and within 45 days of receipt, with one additional 45-day extension where permitted and explained. An appeal generally receives a written response within 45 days. Legal exceptions, including certain backup-system deletion timing, may apply.
Writing stored only on a person's device is not ordinarily available for AIM ATTITUDE to retrieve remotely. Local deletion and user-held encrypted exports are separate from deletion of any information AIM ATTITUDE actually receives. The operational request, verification, and appeal workflows must be confirmed before publication.
6. Additional categories, purposes, and consent
Before introducing new categories of consumer health data, new purposes, or covered sharing, AIM ATTITUDE will review applicable disclosure and affirmative-consent requirements. Where required, consent for sharing will be separate from consent for collection. Planned live accounts, community submission, and moderation remain unavailable in the current development app and are not authorized by this draft.
