Custom Shoes / Made-to-Order / Personalized Items:
Items that are (a) individually produced Made-to-Order, that is, manufactured strictly based on customer’s specifications and produced exclusively after the purchase, (b) use any kind of exotic leather, or (c) are engraved / embroidered with initials or any other type of special customization, may not eligible for a return.
AIM Attitude’s digital products (eBooks), no refund period can be unlimited. It is not practically possible to give an unlimited refund period, as many customers would have downloaded or probably access the products, then ask for a refund. Many customers have abused this on many occasions due to the fact that AIM Attitude’s products are digital in nature. However, AIM Attitude will give you adequate time to properly test your purchase. In the interest of fairness, you have 30 days refund period maximum for Software products.
AIM Attitude will honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery email from us. Depending on the price of the product, aimattitude.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item.
- Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. aimattitude.com recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as aimattitude.com ensures that its software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
- Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
Acceptable / unacceptable reasons for refund:
A refund guarantee is intended to protect a customer from a defective purchase. It is not a ‘trial period’ or a guarantee that the customer can get a return of their payment without question after accessing /downloading your purchase. The following are examples of acceptable reasons for a refund request.
- An actual miss representation of the nature of the product purchased on the products sales page. Please be aware that any miss representation is not intentional, however, no one is perfect and errors do happen, and a refund for a miss representation error is an acceptable reason.
- An actual complaint about the product functionality. For example: Complaining about a confusing interface in a software.
- An unresolvable customer support issue. AIM Attitude is always here to help you with any issue you may have regarding your purchase, if I can not help you, you may request a refund. This, of course, requires that you ask for help first for there to be a valid reason for a refund request.
The following are not examples of acceptable reasons for a refund request.
- (A): General statement that is not an actual complaint. For example, “not what I thought”, or “I can’t use this”. All the products that AIM Attitude sells are explained to the best of our ability. If you do not understand please ask questions, AIM Attitude can be reached at any time through the contact link email@example.com If you still do not understand the nature of the product you are purchasing, please do not purchase it.
- B) Failure to take action on your product, if the product has been accessed. For example: Purchasing a software product, accessing it, but then saying “I changed my mind” is not an acceptable reason for a refund request. Please only purchase if you actually want to take action on your purchase. Products that have never been accessed may be refunded without any action being taken since it’s not possible to take action on something that was not accessed.
