Hello, my name is Andres Serrano.
I’m a licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor based in Los Angeles, as well as a Zumba® and Strong Nation® Instructor, FITA Certified, NASM Personal Trainer, and trained in Aqua Fit BodyWorks.
I teach because I genuinely believe that movement can change lives. My goal in every class is to inspire, support, and uplift people—helping them feel stronger, more confident, and happier than when they walked in.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Our apparel products are Print-On-Demand and custom-made specifically for you once you place an order, which is why delivery may take a bit longer. Each item undergoes a meticulous process, including digitization and thorough quality checks, to ensure the best possible results. This process involves custom printing, digitization, or embroidery, all carefully reviewed to meet the highest standards of quality.
Please note that sometimes we may refuse to proceed with production if the quality of printing, digitization, or embroidery does not meet our standards. This ensures that your final product looks its best.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Apparel products are Print-On-Demand and custom-made specifically for you once you place an order. As soon as your order is placed, it is automatically launched into production, and the process begins immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to stop production at no cost. However, if production has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of materials and labor.

DELIVERY TIMES
4-11 business days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.
CLAIMS FOR MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
RETURN POLICY
Return & Refund Policy
All AIM ATTITUDE® products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Eligible Returns
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Is misprinted
Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, a replacement will be issued. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.
- Reshipping costs may apply.
- Unclaimed packages are not refunded.
Health & Hygiene Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once delivered.

In accordance with EU consumer law, custom and made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
