AIM ATTITUDE FOR COMMUNITY

Create connection people can take part in.

AIM ATTITUDE brings its philosophy into stories, creative activities and shared moments that invite people to listen, express themselves and move forward with intention. A collaboration starts with the community’s own character and the people who are part of it.

BELONGING WITHOUT LABELS

A shared space. Room to be yourself.

AIM connects identity, emotional awareness and conscious choice. In a community, that can mean creating ways to participate without prescribing an identity, a belief or a personal story.

Culture grows through how people treat one another.

Listen before designing.

Work with a local organization to understand its people, context and priorities. A creative idea begins with that conversation.

Keep expression voluntary.

Offer different ways to participate, including quiet observation. People choose what to share and how their work or story may be used.

Make respect visible.

Clear participation guidelines, thoughtful facilitation and a way to raise concerns give the gathering a practical foundation.

Make something. Share a moment. Find a connection.

Creative gatherings

A story, illustration or reflection prompt can become a shared art-making experience. AIM can contribute original materials developed around an agreed theme.

Youth & family discovery

Age-appropriate creative activities can invite generations to make something together. The local partner leads safeguarding and participant support.

Service-industry conversations

A Service Diaries-inspired concept can make room for experiences from customer-facing work, with a defined format, participation boundaries and support information.

WELLBEING THROUGH PARTICIPATION

Connection with care and clear boundaries.

AIM’s creative contribution can invite reflection, emotional expression and opportunities to feel heard. A gathering is not therapy, and no one is asked to disclose a difficult experience to participate.

The local partner and qualified professionals lead safeguarding and support. A proposed Service Diaries activity would have its participation guidelines, facilitation and signposting defined before launch; it is not presented as a clinical or crisis service.

STYLE THAT LEAVES ROOM FOR THE PERSON

Give shared meaning a visible expression.

AIM artwork, a keepsake, an optional item of apparel or a community-created display can carry the theme of an experience beyond the gathering. Participation and belonging are never dependent on buying or wearing a product.

Any use of participants’ artwork, images or stories is agreed separately. Creative ownership and permission stay visible throughout the project.

MEANINGFUL WORK · TRANSPARENT VALUE

Create opportunity alongside connection.

A community collaboration can include paid local creative work, a sponsored activity or an agreed product project that helps fund further participation. Funding, responsibilities, costs and any sharing of proceeds are defined openly.

Prosperity means making room for contribution and viable opportunity, not promising financial outcomes. A community’s experiences are not treated as content or commercial assets without permission.

One moment can lead to another.

01 · PARTICIPATE

Come together.

Begin with an accessible, clearly described local experience and a shared creative theme.

02 · EXPRESS

Make it your own.

Create an artwork, reflection or keepsake. Sharing remains a personal choice.

03 · CARRY FORWARD

Continue the connection.

An optional future gathering or approved story resource can invite people back, without automatic enrollment.

A FOCUSED BEGINNING

Begin with one local creative experience.

Illustrative collaboration concept: a local organization hosts a story-and-art gathering using AIM-developed prompts and take-home reflection cards. The partner arranges the space, accessibility, facilitation and participant support; AIM develops the agreed creative materials.

Review participation, feedback, accessibility and the cost of continuing. No published participant story, photograph or quotation is assumed.
